RETURNS POLICY

Cancelled order by customer:
A restocking fee of 15% will apply to each product that is ordered, dispatched and then cancelled.
Freight of goods back to Boyd Visuals must be organised by the Reseller/End User at their expense.
Boyd Visuals must be notified of return within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Freight Claims
Freight claims for goods damaged during shipping will not be accepted if the consignment has been signed for as received in good condition. If the consignment note is signed subject to check or similar and the product is later found to be damaged the claim will not be accepted as the freight companies will not accept such claims.
Please ensure all products are properly checked before signing the consignment note. Signing the consignment note is your agreement that goods have been received in good condition.
For products received damaged during transit, please notify Boyd Visuals within 24 hours of receipt. Claims will not be accepted if Boyd Visuals is not notified within this 24 hour period.
Custom made products are non-returnable.
