What are Writeyboards Standard Shipping Rates?

Our shipping rates for each Writeyboard order are $9.00. All shipping charges are calculated in the check out process.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We design Writeyboard products to bring quality, innovation and productivity to your daily life.
We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. Merchandise can be returned for any reason and must be sent back to Writeyboard within 15 days from the delivery date or the item(s) will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.
Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
Cost adjustments for exchanges will be applied to original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund (minus shipping and handling) will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges.

Refund Processing

You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is approved.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
